Dear Valued Existing and Prospective Parents,
We are pleased to introduce our enhanced New Student Online Registration System, which is now more user-friendly. With this system, you can conveniently register multiple students in a single application using your mobile device or laptop and Desktop.
To make the process easier for you, we have incorporated three key modules into the Online Registration System:
- New Application
Begin a new application by simply clicking on the NEW APPLICATION tab. Verify your email and mobile number and proceed to complete the application form for one or more children without create an account. - Continue Application
If you were unable to fully complete an application earlier, there’s no need to worry. Click on the CONTINUE APPLICATION tab, enter the reference number sent to you via SMS and email from the Ta’allum Group Admissions Department, and pick up right where you left off. - Add Student
If you have already submitted an application for one child and wish to register another, use the ADD STUDENT tab. Enter the reference number sent to you via SMS and email from the Ta’allum Group Admissions Department, input the new child’s information, and submit the application.
Once your application is submitted, there’s nothing more you need to do. Our automated system will keep you updated on the progress of your application from submission to final confirmation via SMS and email.
Click on the APPLY ONLINE tab today to enroll your child(ren) in one of the prestigious Ta’allum Group Academies.

تقدم عبر الإنترنت واتخذ الخطوة الأولى نحو تعليم دولي مع هوية إسلامية
أولياء الأمور الكرام الحاليين والجدد،
يسعدنا أن نقدم لكم نظام التسجيل الإلكتروني للطلاب الجدد المحسّن، الذي أصبح الآن أكثر سهولة في الاستخدام. يتيح هذا النظام تسجيل عدة طلاب في طلب واحد باستخدام هاتفك المحمول أو جهاز الكمبيوتر المحمول أو المكتبي.
لجعل العملية أكثر سهولة، قمنا بتضمين ثلاثة نماذج رئيسية في نظام التسجيل الإلكتروني:
١. طلب جديد (New Application)
ابدأ طلبًا جديدًا ببساطة عن طريق النقر على علامة التبويب طلب جديد. قم بتأكيد بريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك المحمول، وواصل ملء استمارة الطلب لطفل أو أكثر دون الحاجة إلى إنشاء حساب.
٢. متابعة الطلب (Continue Application)
إذا لم تتمكن من إكمال الطلب بالكامل في وقت سابق، فلا داعي للقلق. انقر على علامة التبويب متابعة الطلب، وأدخل الرقم المرجعي الذي تم إرساله إليك عبر الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني من قسم القبول في مجموعة تعلم، وأكمل الطلب من حيث توقفت.
٣. إضافة طالب (Add Student)
إذا كنت قد قدمت بالفعل طلبًا لطفل وترغب في تسجيل آخر، استخدم علامة التبويب إضافة طالب. أدخل الرقم المرجعي الذي تم إرساله إليك عبر الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني من قسم القبول في مجموعة تعلم، وأضف معلومات الطفل الجديد، وقدم الطلب.
بمجرد تقديم طلبك، لن تحتاج إلى القيام بأي إجراء إضافي. سيقوم نظامنا الآلي بإبقائك على اطلاع بتقدم طلبك بدءًا من التقديم وحتى التأكيد النهائي عبر الرسائل النصية والبريد الإلكتروني.
اضغط على علامة التبويب التقديم عبر الإنترنت اليوم لتسجيل طفلك/أطفالك في واحدة من أكاديميات مجموعة تعلم المرموقة.

Required enrollment documents
Prior to Starting the Online Application form, please ensure below documents are scanned and ready to upload. System accepts Documents in File Types: jpg, pdf, doc, docx Formats. Please make sure your file size is not more than 5 MB.
- Copy of Father’s, Mother’s & Student’s Qatari ID (if the QID is under process in MOI for Non Qataris, please attach the copy of Resident or work Visa of parents & Students.
- Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of Student’s Passport
- Copy of Previous School Report (Optional for KG 1 & KG 2)
(All necessary original documents including above must be submitted to registration office at the time of Entrance Assessment.)
